Decoration: pretty red Starking apple, lime, redcurrants
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker three-quarters full of ice. Shake vigorously. In a novelty glass, fix a slice of lime in place with ice cubes. Filter the cocktail. Cut a quarter of the red apple into five thin strips. Assemble them in a cross shape on the worktop. Once in position, pierce them through the centre with a transparent plastic stick. Use a 22 diameter baller to make a ball from the apple then stick it on the rim of the glass. Attach the crossed apple pieces to the ball with the stick.
