7 cl (2.4oz)
3 cl (1 oz)
1 cl (0.3 oz)
10 cl (3.4 oz)
3 cl (1 oz)
1 cl (0.3 oz)

Add the ingredients in order into a tumbler glass, stir and then add sparkling water. Stir again gently. Add a squeeze of lemon and a little zest for decoration.
